FOUND PROPERTY: Hwy. 20, complainant reports they found a wallet in the parking lot.

THEFT: Hwy.20, Newport, complainant had son’s ebt card and it was stolen, happened about two weeks ago.

AGENCY ASSIST: S. Newport Ave., Newport, CPS referral.

AGENCY ASSIST: W. 1st St., Newport, check for a silver Ford Ranger that stole $900 worth of items.

TRESPASSING: N. Central Ave., Ione, complainant would like subjects trespassed from her property.

CIVIL: N. 4th Ave., Ione, report that subjects that were evicted could possibly be back at this location.

FRAUD: Southshore Diamond Lake Rd., report of online fraud.

THREATENING: Hwy. 20, Newport, complainant wants subject trespassed who was on property, he threw a hammer at him and punched his vehicle.

CHILD ABUSE: S. Spokane Ave., juvenile reporting abuse at home.

ARREST: N. Hayford Rd., Breanna L. Stead, 33, of Medical Lake was arrested on Tribal charges.

TUESDAY, OCT. 29 ANIMAL PROBLEM: Westside Calispel Rd., report of neighbor’s dogs coming over and chasing her cats and deer in her yard.

VIOLATION OF ORDER: W. 5th St., violation of order occurred Oct. 10 at a volleyball game.

BURGLARY: Houghton St., Ione, report that someone got into the residence last night.

VIOLATION OF ORDER: Allen Rd., Elk, complainant said he was cutting fire wood on uncle’s land and uncle told him no.

LOST PROPERTY: W. Pine St., complainant lost a gun a couple weeks ago.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: N. Washington Ave., 3rd party report of subject acting strange in the alley.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE: N. Washington St., Metaline Falls, complainant reports someone shining extremely bright light at him while he was inside.

CIVIL: W. 4th St., Newport, complainant requesting assistance getting male to leave apartment.

CIVIL: Kent Creek Ln., Newport, complainant wants to talk about rights regarding possession of a dog.

BURGLARY: Pine Hill Rd., Newport, report of items stolen from garage.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Trask Pond Rd., Newport, complainant thinks there are squatters on property.

VEHICLE PROWL: W. Kelly Dr., complainant reports he just ran some car prowlers off who were attempting to steal gas.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: Timber St.

& 2nd Ave., Cusick, report that subject has extension cords running across the road and vehicles parked on roadway creating a traffic hazard.

THEFT: Allen Rd., Elk, report of subject cutting and stealing wood.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: Kent Creek Lane, Newport, report that person has a dog that she took from another subject who was not taking care of it.

THEFT: Hwy. 20, Cusick, report that subject stole rock/gravel from pit.

VEHICLE PROWL: Fertile Valley Rd., Newport, report of C pap machine taken from vehicle back on July 24.

HAZMAT: Deer Valley Rd., Newport, person reports a fire believe it may be a lithium battery can’t get it to stop burning.

THEFT: W. Walnut St., Newport, report of theft of Dodge Dakota white in color.

LITTERING: Houghton St., Ione, report of littering.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: McKay St., Ione, person believes someone hacked into his social media.

THURSDAY, OCT. 31 ANIMAL PROBLEM: W. Kelly Drive, Newport, report of neighbor’s dog running loose.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: Spring Valley Rd., deer needs to be euthanized.

THEFT: Bead Lake Rd., report of tools and drum of oil stolen from property.

MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH: Sullivan Lake Rd., report of non-injury accident, occurred last night.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: Spring Valley Rd., report of 4 horses with no shelter since August.

FRIDAY, NOV. 1 ARREST: N. Warren Ave., Newport, Blake R. Davidson, 27, of Priest River was arrested for fourth degree assault domestic violence.

ARREST: Sunnyside Drive, Micah J. Montgomery, 54, of Newport was arrested for fourth degree assault domestic violence.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: S. Newport Ave., report of puppy chained in yard, no shelter, food or water.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: S. Garden Ave., Newport, report that subject had notes from another vehicle.

DISTURBANCE: Whisperwoods Drive, report of altercation with father.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Hwy. 2, report that mailbox was damaged, looks like vehicle hit it.

THEFT: Hwy. 20, report that trailer was stolen.

FRAUD: Pend Oreille Homes, report that checking account was cleared out.

DISABLED VEHICLE: Hwy. 211 and Davis Lake, report of possibly disabled vehicle, female driver is hysterical.

2, report of vehicle off the roadway, took out part of guardrail.
