10th load

This is the tenth load of garbage Jenny Byrd and neighbor Vonnie Garrett picked up from along Highway 20. Byrd has applied for a state Adopt-AHighway permit so she won’t have to pay the landfill fee.

She also picks up trash along a county road at Bead Lake.

“Just makes me sick / sad that people feel it’s OK to throw trash (and yes, cigarettes are trash) out a car window EVER,” she writes.
