DAVENPORT – The Newport Grizzlies won both games of a doubleheader at Davenport Saturday, April 19. They won the first game 16-3 and the second game 19-10. That comes on the heels of a 10-9 win at Riverside Thursday, April 17. Newport came from behind with a three run seventh inning to get the Riverside win.
Newport is home against Reardan for doubleheader Friday, April 25, with the first game at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26, they are home for another doubleheader with Reardan.
