PRIEST RIVER – In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, the Priest River Library is hosting a hands-on class in tortilla making Saturday, April 26 at 11 a.m.
Students and library staff will make both flour and corn tortillas using common kitchen tools and a tortilla press.
Open to ages 14 and older, the class is free with all materials provided. Library staff advise dressing accordingly, as the class will “get messy,” according to a library press release. Contact the library to sign up at 208448-2207.
