Most remember the game children played that followed the one at the front of the line, All that was needed was to look straight ahead if you got distracted it wasn’t a crime.
As we got older the terms slowly changed, we would question where we were being led, Others would question not only where but why and what things were said.
Still others are content with just following along, make no decisions, hope to do no wrong, Spreading falsehoods when facts don’t agree, repeating the sounds against evidence strong.
They don’t let facts get in the way when they are trying to make their point, They start off slow then increase their volume to be heard by all in the joint.
Ineffective leadership is shown by the lack of accountability and vision and a toxic environment, Stumbling down the road without direction, expecting success and demanding entitlement.
When victories don’t appear those in charge resort to tactics of smear and vilification, The people in charge are hoping that their groups are too lazy to perform an evaluation.
When a group’s ideas are rejected, when they can’t make their points be known, Is it time for violence and protest, for property to be destroyed or simply time to go home!
