SANDPOINT — Coming up at the Bonner County Planning Department, an applicant is requesting a variance to a property line and waterfront setback at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21. The property is located off River Birch Road in Laclede.

Written statements regarding proposals and zone change requests must be submitted to the planning department record no later than seven days prior to the public hearings. Written statements not exceeding one standard letter-sized, single-spaced page may be submitted at the public hearing.
