The 4th Annual Newport Renaissance Faire will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at the Newport Rodeo Grounds, located at 1101 W. 1st St. Attendees can look forward to more vendors than ever before, along with an expanded lineup of events. Highlights include a murder mystery-style interactive puzzle, “Who Stole the Royal Moonshadow Pendant?”, and immersive equestrian performances of jousting by Knightly Ventures Equestrian Arts. This year’s event is presented in partnership by the Pend Oreille County Library District, the Greater Newport Area Chamber of Commerce, the Newport Creative District and the Newport Rodeo Association.
