Volunteer for the county

NEWPORT - Pend Oreille County has an opening on the Board of Equalization (BOE) for a citizen interested in serving as an alternate member to complete a 3-year term expiring Dec. 31, 2026. The BOE functions as an appeals board to hear tax assessment appeals and to act as an equalization board.
