Smokey’s Helpers from the U.S. Forest Service and Idaho Department of Lands brought his Smokey Bear’s prevention education materials for the Idaho Hill Elementary School students. “We were able to visit the first and second graders and award poster contest winners their certificates and prizes,” helper Pam Aunan said. “I even got a hug!”
