Two more town halls, road survey still open

There are two more town hall meetings where people can make their thoughts known on what to do about county roads. The next meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, July 7 at the Ione Community Center. The Cusick Community Center will be the site of a meeting the next day at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 8. The Ione Community Center is located at 205 S. Houghton St. in Ione, next to the library. The Cusick Community Center is at 107 1st Ave., in Cusick.

People can still take a survey on roads on the county’s Your Roads, Your Voice website at www.pendoreille.gov/public-works/page/your-roads-yourvoice. The county is especially seeking commercial input, in addition to residential participation in the survey.
