The Kalispel Tribe of Indians celebrated their 48th annual Pow-Wow last week in Usk, hosting dancers, drummers and the public from all over Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, Aug. 3.

A tiny dancer taking the moment seriously. Tribes from all over the country came to the annual event for fellowship, as well as dancing and drumming competitions.
At one point in the evening last Saturday night, everyone in attendance was invited to dance in the circle. This young man held his dog as he danced over the course of several songs.
