Aaron Staplton of Elk shot a hole in one on the fifth hole of the Serendipity Golf Course in Ione Saturday, Aug. 9. He used a pitching wedge for the shot on the 138-yard hole. His fellow players and onlookers shared his excitement. They included Alisha and Jason Brunelle and Kalee and Josh Erickson.
