Pam Pascali of the Mobile Museum shows a display to Lyndon Gordon at the Priest River Library Thursday, Aug. 14. The Mobile Museum is a project of the Idaho Museum of Natural History. The 3-D printed displays of actual size dinosaur fossils included a full sized Oryctodromeus, Idaho’s state dinosaur. Several skeletons and burrows of the small burrowing plant-eater were found in the Caribou Mountains in southern Idaho. Fourth graders persuaded the state legislature to name it Idaho’s state dinosaur in 2023.
