I have been attending council meetings for more than a year to understand how our town government functions. If elected, my first focus would be crafting a website that allows supervision of council business and meetings and offers sewer bill payment options and an outlet for the mayor to promote our town and area. Council members have a rotating responsibility to monitor finances, and I consider this a critical role for oversight.
