Christmas comes early

Titus Warner, a 22-year-old firefighter-EMT with South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue, hanging lights on a tree by the South Washington Avenue and Fourth Street intersection Monday, Oct. 13 in Newport. The tree is decorated annually for the holiday season around November, though this year SPOFR continued the tradition in mid-October.
