NEWPORT —Pend Oreille Public Utility District is holding a public hearing to review the draft Clean Energy Implementation Plan and discuss results from a recent public survey on clean energy.

The public hearing is at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4 at the PUD Board Room, 130 N. Washington Ave. in Newport, during PUD’s regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting.
