Dylan Riggins of Kadoka, South Dakota, won second in the bareback riding with this 77.5 ride on Bobcat during the Friday night performance of the Newport Rodeo. Riggins was one of about 300 contestants for the 75th annual Newport Rodeo. The three-day rodeo drew about 9,000 people. See results on page
