NEWPORT — The Roxy’s free Christmas Movie Marathon starts Saturday, Dec. 20 with the doors opening at noon, followed by “A Charlie Brown Christmas” at 12:15 p.m. and 2018’s “The Grinch” at 1 p.m. The ugly sweater contest is at 2:30 p.m., so people are encouraged to wear a hideous Christmas sweater. “Elf” starts at 3 p.m. and “Home Alone” is the last movie at 4:45 p.m.
Admission is free and regular concession prices still apply. The Roxy is located at 120 S. Washington Ave., Newport.
