Novalee Haney is the 2026 Miss Gem State Stampede Rodeo queen for the North Idaho State Fair held in Coeur d’Alene in August. She is a 2025 Newport High School graduate and was the 2025 Pend Oreille County fair princess. She is still looking for more sponsors until Sunday, Feb. 1 and can accept any donation for her live and silent auction that will be held during her coronation on Saturday, Feb. 7 at the north Idaho fairgrounds in Coeur d’Alene.
