Last week the Battle of the Border spirit games took place in Newport between Newport and Priest River.
Both the wrestling and basketball games were well attended, with Priest River boys and girls winning their basketball games and Newport winning the wrestling match.
The games featured cheerleader skits, a battle of the bands and as well as the athletic contests. Here is a look at the Battle of the Border activities.
