Janet Stanley, member of Evergreen Art Association, painted this brightly colored watercolor bird for the fun of it Friday, Feb. 6. EAA is a non-profit that supports the arts in the Pend Oreille River Valley and welcomes members from Washington and Idaho. Meetings are open to the public and scheduled the second Monday of every month, 10 a.m. at the Oldtown Visitor’s Center, 68 Old Diamond Mill Rd.
