Snowfall last Thursday, March 12 didn’t deter the Newport boys’ soccer team from practicing, though it did end up canceling their home game against Clarkston scheduled for last Saturday. Newport will host Tonasket Saturday, March 21 for a game at 1 p.m. followed by a game at Lakeside High School Tuesday, March 24 at 4 p.m. The Clarkston game has been rescheduled for March 27 at home, time to be determined.
