NEWPORT — Two local figures are hosting Newport’s second town hall this month.

Marianne Nichols, Pend Oreille County auditor, and Michelle Nedved, publisher of The Miner Newspapers are leading the town hall at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 11 in the Public Utility District conference room. The PUD conference room is accessible from a side door on Pine Street.
