The pleasing smell of spring, Fresh, bright, and airy, Opens my eyes, And I raise them to the sky, Things are getting hairy ‘Cause the rain is coming by! The weather makes me sad And it hasn’t stopped yet, But my ears start to ring, As I hear a songbird sing, And I must not forget The beauty of the spring.
