FIRE: Tacoma Creek Rd., Cusick, report of half-acre slash pile that had rekindled.

JUVENILE PROBLEM: Thompson Rd., Elk, report that son tried to steal complainant’s vehicle yesterday.

TRESPASSING: Hwy. 211, Newport, report that complainant wanted subject to be trespassed from property.

JUVENILE PROBLEM: LeClerc Rd S. & Greggs Rd., Newport, report of younger kid on black dirt bike riding in middle of road.

ARREST: W. Walnut St., Newport, Mary Christine Milione, 75, of Newport was arrested for driving under the influence.

HARASSMENT: W. Pine St., Newport, report that subject was stalking complainant.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE: Veit Rd., Newport, report that complainant heard yelling then a gunshot, and now it was quiet; complainant heard nothing else after.

COLLISION: Hwy. 20 & Locke Cutoff Rd., Cusick, report of vehicle versus elk.

VERBAL DV: Newport, report that daughter and boyfriend were yelling at each other.

ARREST: Scotia Rd. & Gray Rd., Newport, Chance Ryan Bacon, 30, of Oldtown was arrested on an out-ofstate warrant.

ARREST: Tule Rd., Cusick, Troy Steven Pierre, 29, of Cusick was arrested on tribal charges in connection to a fish and game report.

INJURY COLLISION: S. Washington Ave., Newport, report that vehicle hit building.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: Juanita Lane, Elk, report that neighbor was on property moving large boulder that had her address on it.

FISH & GAME: Camden Rd., Elk, report that silver extended-cab Ford pickup with Washington plates, two males inside, shot turkey on complainant’s property.

RECOVERED VEHICLE: Hwy. 211, Usk, report that complainant found her boat and trailer in Spokane County and Spokane never showed, so she brought boat and trailer home and wanted deputy to come confirm she got them back.

BOOK & RELEASE: S. Garden Ave., Newport, Oscar Lopez Salazar, 36, of Shelton was booked and released for driving while intoxicated, third-degree driving with license suspended or revoked and driving without required interlock.

SEX OFFENSE: Newport THEFT: Houghton St., Ione, report that package said to be delivered was missing, complainant received picture showing it was delivered.

RUNAWAY JUVENILE: S. Washington Ave., Newport, report that at about noon yesterday, complainant dropped off her 17-year-old son to do homework and he never came home.

THEFT: McKenzie Rd., Usk, report that girlfriend’s son took complainant’s gun.

ARREST: W. Pine St., Newport, John Lee Nunnery, 51, of Newport was arrested for carrying, exhibiting or drawing a dangerous weapon; unlawful possession of a firearm; possession of a controlled substance; third-degree malicious mischief; and reckless endangerment.

ARREST: S. Garden Ave., Newport, Hernandez Mata Israel, 39, of Spokane was arrested for failing to appear.

BOOK AND RELEASE: S. Garden Ave., Newport, TiaRae Dallie Thurman, 33, of Elk was booked and released for driving while intoxicated and reckless endangerment; Ty Allen Webb, 33, of Coeur d’Alene was booked and released for driving with suspended vehicle registration.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE: Hwy. 211, report that wanted person left in black Nissan Juke.

DEATH INVESTIGATION: Newport RECKLESS DRIVING: 4th St.& Dickinson Ave., Priest River

ARREST: Hwy. 2, Priest River, report that officer responded to request for assistance that resulted in arrest on multiple warrants, including a misdemeanor warrant.

ARREST: Hwy. 2, Oldtown, Patrick Eichstedt, 32, was arrested for driving without privileges, open container of alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of heroin.
