Dispatch also fields calls for the Kalispel Tribe’s property in Airway Heights. Certain police calls are generally omitted because of space constraints. SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Gardner Cave Rd., Metaline Falls, report that female subject had locked their keys in their car and they seemed disoriented.

ARREST: W. 1st St. & N. Washington Ave., Newport, Alice Page Kersey, 82, of Oldtown was arrested for hit and run.

Walnut St., Newport, report that subject with short hair and purple tank top was putting stuff in area by railroad tracks, such as garbage bags, a bicycle, etc.

JUVENILE PROBLEM: Roberts Dr., Newport, report of 2- to 3-year-old male on roadway by himself, barefoot, blue pants and gray shirt.

ARREST: Gray Rd. & Deer Valley Rd., Newport, Len Lamont Teal, 51, of Spokane was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle and third-degree driving with license suspended or revoked.
WEAPON OFFENSE: Camden Rd., report that someone was shooting north of complainant’s address, heard three shots.
CIVIL: Spring Valley Rd., Newport, report that there was silver Subaru in driveway with complainant’s stolen items in it, wanted deputy to help her get her stuff.
