REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Metaline Riverside Avenue Resiliency Phase I Bank Stabilization & Sewer Relocation Project (FEMA Project 4481-05).
The Pend Oreille Conservation District (POCD) seeks proposals from environmental consultancies and engineering firms for comprehensive project planning, design, and environmental permitting. This prevailing-wage public works scope includes stabilizing up to 2,400 linear feet of shoreline and re-routing a minimum of 700 feet of an active wastewater main.
Submittals will be evaluated and selected through a federal Qualifications- Based Selection (QBS) process, including a written scoring phase and formal interviews. Cost proposals or quotes are not requested at this time.
