Dispatch also fields calls for the Kalispel Tribe’s property in Airway Heights. Certain police calls are generally omitted because of space constraints. These include, but aren’t limited to ambulance calls for illness, unfounded alarms, traffic stops, dogs at large, abandoned vehicles, 911 hang–ups and civil standbys. THREATENING: Hwy. 20, report of threats and civil issues after complainant parked his motorhome at location for one night.

N., report of strange male wandering around outside with coffeemaker, notepad and drone, and he now had mannequin sitting on top of his car.
SEX OFFENSE: Sacheen Lake, report of sexual assault.

TRESPASSING: N. Washington Ave., Newport, report that male subject who was previously trespassed was in bank, verbal warning issued.
JUVENILE PROBLEM: Hwy. 31, report of student caught vaping.
ARREST: Nathan Eugene Seal, 19, of Oldtown was arrested for unlawful firearm, knowingly possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
ANIMAL PROBLEM: Coyote Trail, Newport, report that neighbor’s dog
was on complainant’s property and killed all but one of his chickens.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE: Sacheen Terrace Dr., Sacheen Lake, report of open door on building, complainant went into it and did not notice anything missing.
ANIMAL PROBLEM: Homestead Rd., Cusick, report that neighbor’s dogs killed one of complainant’s chickens yesterday.
STRUCTURE FIRE: Allen Rd., Elk, report that shed and trees were on fire.
DISTURBANCE: Calispel Ave., Cusick, report that subjects who were supposed to be evicted from this property had now moved tiny home onto property, and they were yelling and cussing at complainant.
ARREST: Caleb William Ziesmer, 26, of Newport was arrested for attempting to elude and third-degree driving with license suspended or revoked.
JUVENILE PROBLEM: W. 7th St., report of juvenile male hanging out second story and throwing stuff out window.

ARREST: Kapps Lane & Hwy. 20, Cusick, Lawrence Francis Pogue, 54, of Newport was arrested for third-degree driving with license suspended or revoked.
