A fresh coat

Shane Flowers, 46, of Newport repainting an inner section of The Big Wheel, Thursday, June 11 in Newport. Flowers works in the information technology department of the county government, which collaborated with the Pend Oreille County Historical Society to restore the paint on The Big Wheel and surrounding exhibits.
