County chip sealing Green, Tweedie, Leclerc roads

NEWPORT – Pend Oreille County is moving into chip sealing season. Road crews will return to finish the Leclerc Road N. paving after chip sealing is complete.

They will be chip sealing Green Road from milepost 1.1-2.4 and Tweedie Road from milepost 0.0 to 1.6 the week of July 6. Expect delays, lane closures and construction equipment in the areas. Loose gravel will be on the roads for at least one month after the work is complete.
