All burning banned in Priest River, Oldtown city limits

PRIEST RIVER – All burning is banned in the Oldtown and Priest River City limits as of midnight, July 6, announced Jamie Painton, West Pend Oreille Fire Chief. Chief Painton said he is allowing an exception for campfires in approved fire rings in both cities.

This is in effect until further notice.
