Cutter offering ballet summer camp

METALINE FALLS — The Artscape program at the Cutter Theatre is hosting a summer ballet camp from 4–5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24 through Friday, Aug. 28.

Students must have attended at least one of the previous ballet classes offered through the Artscape program and be entering the second grade or homeschool equivalent this fall.

The class will focus on the barre, used in ballet classes to teach proper foot, leg and arm position in relation to the body at the bar. This is an important technique to the skills of anyone interested in ballet.
