Emotional Equity

Thinking of what to write about then suddenly it came to me, I wanted to understand more of the term emotional equity. When I first heard the expression, I was not sure what it meant, So, I looked it up and read the explanation in print. When you have a friend or colleague in who’s opinion you do respect, And have built a deep connection through ideas on which to reflect. Emotional intellect to empower difficult conversations with empathy, And ensuring someone’s thoughts are respected whatever is said to me. Emotional equity develops relationship of mutual trust and admiration, It makes the road of life much smoother no matter your destination. The path you travel can be rough or smooth and relationships the same, Go through life with emotional equity, in the end there will be no shame.
