Are You Missing the Picture?

This poem is not about left or right nor right or wrong, It is not about one’s feelings whether passive or strong.

Every so often you might see a cloud that has a familiar shape, It might be that of an animal, a horse, dog, cat or even an ape.

Look in the clouds with imagination, hundreds of things can be seen, If you string the shapes together you might create a story or a dream.

Watching clouds can be entertaining, but other things can be overlooked, Try looking at rock walls, trees, and mountains and hidden pictures in books.

I first noticed looking at our stone fireplace wall animals and people’s faces, There were many shapes and sizes, unknown and randomly put into place.

My search for hidden profiles and shapes became an unconscious habit, Watching old western movies with mountains I see these things throughout it.

There are shapes and images hidden everywhere, just take some time out to look.

Teach your children to use their imagination to create stories or pictures or books, Looking out at a tree this morning I saw what was the head of a founding father, Natures beauty surrounds us and was made by our God and our creator.
