COOLIN — The Selkirk Conservation Alliance urges all residents within the Coolin Sewer District to attend the CSD Wastewater Bond Open House.

Scheduled from 6–8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20 at Inn at Priest Lake, this event is an opportunity to learn more about necessary infrastructure upgrades required to secure the CSD system’s capacity, protect public health and ensure long-term environmental stewardship.

A wastewater revenue bond will be presented as a ballot measure in the upcoming general election Tuesday, Nov. 3. The final determination of this bond relies on the votes of eligible resident voters within the CSD.

Inn at Priest Lake is located at 5310 Dickensheet Rd., Coolin.

Priest River Chamber to hold general meeting

PRIEST RIVER — The Priest River Chamber of Commerce invites members and those interested in becoming members to join its upcoming general meeting.

This meeting is a great opportunity to stay informed and get involved in the Priest River community, according to a Chamber news release. It is scheduled at 8 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22 at 113 Larch St., Priest River.
