Rock painting at Create Thursday

NEWPORT – Jean Wakeley will demonstrate rock painting Thursday, Aug. 1, at Create, part of the Demonstrations at Coffee in the Garden Series, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Demonstrations are planned for every Thursday through the summer. Aug. 8 is Pend Oreille Fiber Arts spinners of fleece and knitters. Aug. 15 is Stephanie McMeacham demonstrating belly dancing. And Carl Kostoff will demonstrate eatable weeds Aug. 22.
