Seeking young people to co-design new program

SPOKANE – Young people ages 16 to 25 and who have experienced or are currently experiencing homelessness or housing instability, are invited to take part in a paid opportunity to co-design a new program for young people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness and housing instability.

The Office of Homeless Youth (OHY) and Point Source Youth and Systems Change Partners will host in-person and virtual co-design sessions with young people who have experienced housing instability or homelessness to participate in shaping this program. These sessions offer a chance for young people to contribute their insights and help create an innovative new program and earn $135.

There will be an in-person meeting Thursday, Aug. 22, from noon to 3 p.m. People who are interested must sign up using the online registration form at www.docs. google.com/forms/d/e/ 1FAIpQLSd2GA3adVzTC6cyrRqrDRrH6m-3k1zOBZMaGPqIOQezjwESgA/ viewform.

There will also be Zoom meetings Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 3-5 p.m. and Wednesday, Aug. 28, 3-5 p.m.

People will receive all location and login information after completing the registration form.
