In loving memory, daughters Lori and Juli announce the recent passing of their father Richard “Dick” Noble (February 4, 2026) and prior passing of their mother Beulah “Bee” Noble (March 8, 2022). Dick and Bee served the schools and community of Newport for several decades since 1965.

Bee taught various classes interspersed with her role as District Librarian. Dick taught math, science and shop classes for many years before transitioning to Principal and Vice Principal roles.
